b. Account Responsibility

4. Subscriptions and Payments

a. Subscription Plans

RUUM may offer paid subscriptions, including:

  • Monthly Plan: €9.99/month

  • Annual Plan: €34.99/year

b. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Apple App Store).

c. Management

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your device settings.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Refunds are not provided, except where required by law

6. User Conduct

  • Display your profile on web pages accessible outside the app

c. Public Visibility

All rights related to RUUM (including design, software, branding, and content) remain our exclusive property.

18. User Interactions and Safety

RUUM is a platform designed to facilitate introductions between users.
We do not conduct background checks or verify the identity of all users.

  • RUUM does not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles

  • RUUM is not responsible for the conduct, behavior, or actions of any user

Safety Recommendations

When interacting with other users, you agree to act responsibly and take appropriate precautions, including:

  • Meeting in public places initially

  • Not sharing sensitive personal or financial information

  • Informing a trusted person before meeting someone

RUUM shall not be liable for any damages, harm, or disputes arising from interactions between users, whether online or offline.

19. No Liability for Agreements Between Users

RUUM acts solely as a technology platform.

We are not a party to any agreements between users, including but not limited to:

  • Rental agreements

  • Co-living arrangements

  • Financial arrangements

Any agreement entered into between users is entirely at their own risk.

RUUM:

20. Content Moderation and Enforcement

RUUM reserves the right to monitor and moderate content and user behavior to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue warnings

  • Temporarily suspend accounts

  • Permanently ban users

Grounds for Enforcement

These actions may be taken in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
